How do i raise the motor to change the oil pan gasket on a 98 buick regal?

as far as I know, you don't have to lift the engine, just drop the pan from underneath. Now, if you DO have to lift the engine, there are a few ways to do it but they are fairly involved. your best bet is to take it to a mechanic and have them do it.
